A little Green Tea never hurt anybody. ;)

Green Tea is actually known to be one of the healthiest beverages in the world. It is loaded with antioxidants and helps promote many different health benefits. I'll list a few...

It helps reduce stress, which many of us are overwhelmed with on a daily basis. Green Tea helps promote relaxation and calmness, after a long day at work or at home with kiddos you can warm you up a little green tea. Helps to support dental and skin health, I can not say I really actually before looking into the benefits of green tea. To some, it may taste delicious and has an amazing aroma. I think the taste is nice, relaxing taste to me and I love the smell it leaves im my house, the hubby and son not so much.

I recently tried some Premium Masala Green Chai Tea, it is 100% Pure Organic Darjeeling Tea with rare Idian spices. This Green Chai Tea is a delectable and aromatic blend that pleases, (they say even the most discerning taste buds) but like I said before I am the only one in my house that loved it. If my dad was here he would agree with me, he was all into everything being organic, guess a little may have rubbed off onto me through the years. ;) Anyways, the smell is a smell of cloves and cinnamon to me. You can deffinitely taste and smell the spices in this tea.

But let's back track a little, the bag that the green chai tea is packaged in is a double air sealed zipper pouch that they fill within 24-72 hours of production. It arrives in an air tight zipper bag that works as a second seal. There is no need to transfer it to another bag after opening, it closes perfectly fine. If you do not have a tea infusser (like me) it is pretty easy to make your own tea bags actually. I'll have to post a video showing you in a later post though. :)

When you first open the bag the smell is a little over whelming, I like it but it surely did fill the house up. I boil some water, pour it in my mug and let the tea bag soak until it has cooled enough for me to drink. Now I do not add sugar or anything to mine, I feel is has enough flavor and would just rather keep it plain. Many people add sugar, or even milk to theirs. It is pretty much up to you and your taste buds! ;) If you choose to purchase yourself some here is their link #GreenChaiTea, one bag will make about 50 cups. Enjoy!
