Cold Brewing Coffee...in a mason jar?

Hello Country! ;) Have you ever seen a cold brewing coffee done in a mason jar? If not let me share with you my favorite new product and awesome experience.....

You can make your own cold brewed coffee easily and without any mess, this 2 quart brewing system is easy to clean, all the parts can be put in the dishwasher. It is pretty easy to set up too, you simply wash all the pieces before using. Then pour some coarse ground coffee into the filter basket. Add water and shake. After an hour check to make sure none of the grounds are floating, if they are they were not soaked enough and shake it some more. Then you just let it do all the work and steep for 24-48 hours. The silicone seal allows the jar to be shaken during the brewing stage to ensure thorough wetting of the grounds.

Brewing coffee this way prevents the formations of acids that create the bitterness that takes away from the flavor of the coffee. With the low acid content of the coffee is also a benefit for those like me with reflux issues. There are so many ways you could have your coffee with this, I love iced coffee especially with warmer weather. I added a little chocolate syrup in mine and a little caramel on top. It was so yummy. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I love this whole idea, I love it sitting for a day or 2 because I feel like I can taste more of the flavor, actual coffee taste! This brewing jar can even be used as a tea infuser, or even a fruit infuser!
