Suja, meaning “long, beautiful life” was founded in San Diego, California with a mission to democratize organics and put the highest quality juice in the hands of as many people as possible. All Suja varieties are Certified Organic, verified Non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project, and Cold-Pressured. All juices are cold-pressured using High Pressure Processing (HPP) to kill any harmful bacteria and preserve maximum nutrition and taste. With a wide range of cold-pressed organic varieties, Suja has a juice for every lifestyle, and is notably the first juice company to offer organic, cold-pressured juice for under $3.00 at Walmart.

We had the chance to try a few flavors this morning with our mommy and me group, we had a blast! We sampled 4 different flavors from the Suja line, I will list them according from our group favorites to our not so much.

First, we all pretty much loved the Green Delight. Green Delight contains apple, banana, mango, spinach, lemon, kale, spirulina, chlorella, barley grass & alfalfa grass. It was sweet, but with a little tart to it, they really work together with a nice smoothie like taste to them. (This was my favorite too!)

Secondly, was the Mango Magic. Mango Magic contains apple, mango, orange, pineapple, banana and ginger. This was was a little sweeter, you could taste the ginger in it, it also had kind of a smoothie like feel to it. Smells amazing!

The third juice that we tried was the Twilight Protein. This is where our group kind of stopped and decided they were really fans of the first 2, but a couple of us liked this one some. One mom had this as her top favorite. Twilight protein contains apple, strawberry, almond milk, banana, pea protein, chia seed, and vanilla. To me this one has a strong Almond Milk flavor, so if you are not use to Almond Milk then this may not be the choice for you. It has a little sweetness to it, but this is more of a protein drink, listed as their renewal step 3.

The last juice non of us liked, it was the Daybreak Probiotic. Daybreak Probiotic contains water, maple syrup, lemon, vegan probiotics and cayenne. This one will surely wake you up, you can see the cayenne pepper flakes in the juice and it has a little kick to it. The flavor is not really so bad, you get more lemon than anything else, but the after effect is the pepper. I could feel it on my throat as I was drinking it. This is one of the Probiotic juices though, Listed as their Renewal Step 1 ( I can only imagine how the others may taste).

Overall, this was a fun experience, and after looking even more into the juice line relized when I sent the hubby to the store to pick these up for me....I should have stated the actual juice smoothie flavors. ;) But it was great to be able to have a taste of them all. Their website is loaded with other flavors and juices. These juices come in 10.5 - 12 oz bottles and can be found at Walmart in the produce department.

Just Some Suja Facts:

• All Suja products are USDA Certified Organic, gluten-free, kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Cold Pressured.

• Suja uses Cold Pressure, also known as High Pressure Processing (HPP) to process their products. Unlike heat pasteurization, this process kills harmful bacteria but preserves more nutrition and helps maintain a fresher taste than heat processing.

• Suja has up to 30% less sugar than other comparable juice brands, and does not contain any added natural flavors or colors.

• There are 8 flavors of Suja available, including Berry Goodness, Daybreak Probiotic, Green Delight, Mango Magic, Mighty Greens, Noon Greens, Twilight Protein, and Über Greens.

• All Suja products are completely safe for kids to drink. In fact, they were designed so that kids would enjoy the taste as much as adults!

• All Suja products are made from real fruits and vegetables meaning they’re a perishable product that must be consumed before the expiration date and must be kept refrigerated.

• Suja uses only 100% BPA-free and recyclable bottles. Plastic bottles are a necessity as glass bottles would not withstand the Cold Pressure process.

• One 10.5 oz. bottle of Suja Essentials retails for $2.94, making it the most affordable Organic, Non-GMO, Cold Pressured juice on the market.
